    Before February 22, 2018:
    All participants are entitled to a 90% refund in case of cancellation. The refund will transferred via the same method by which the payment was made. The 10% retained is due to operational costs.

    After February 22, 2018:
    No refund for cancellation can be granted. We reserve the right to resell your ticket. Exceptional cases may be discussed.

    Tickets are also invoices and can be used to request a refund at your university or institution. We keep a record of all transactions and will be able to reissue your confirmation details if needed.

    All personal information, including names and contact details, will be used solely for the purpose for which it was provided. We will never share or sell your details to anyone without your permission (including speakers and sponsors).

    Change of program:
    We will do our best to ensure the program is conducted as announced. However, schedule changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party cancellations. We will inform all participants of any changes as far in advance as possible. We will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such changes.

    Conference cancellation:
    In the unlikely event that entire conference is cancelled, we will notify all participants as far in advance as possible, and will refund the entire registration fee. We will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from cancellation.
