    Sally Crane
    Managing Director, Asia

    Sally Crane is Managing Director for Linedata in Asia.  Key responsibilities include business development, delivery and strategy, as well as oversight for the Hong Kong office. Prior to this, Sally was Regional Director for FactSet Pacific in Hong Kong, after moving to Asia in 1997. During that time she oversaw all aspects of setting up a new office and developed and managed a successful Sales & Consulting force to manage the growing business. She also lead the team into new markets such as China and India. Sally has 18 years’ experience in Financial Services and holds a BA Hons in Financial Services from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.


    Ed Gouldstone
    Head of Product Management - Asset Management

    Ed Gouldstone is Head of Product Management for Linedata's Asset Management business, responsible for global product strategy for the company's buy-side solutions.  Prior to his current role, Ed managed Linedata’s Hedge Fund products and had responsibility for European client services and delivery for clients across Linedata's suite of solutions for global asset managers. Since joining Linedata in 2004, Ed has held positions in support, client services and development focused on the global hedge fund community. Ed holds a BSC in Mathematics from the University of Bristol and has held the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation since 2007. 


    Gary Brackenbridge
    Global Head of Asset Management

    Gary Brackenridge currently serves as the Global Head of Linedata’s Asset Management Business. Gary has spent the past 18 years in capital markets technology specifically focused on solutions for investment managers and their service providers. Most recently he served as Head of Sales for Linedata Northern Europe and head of Linedata’s Strategic Initiatives. Prior to Linedata, Gary was the President and Chief Executive Officer of ITP Corporation until its sale in 2010. Gary is an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he studied Management Science and Economics.


    Andrew Grill

    Andrew Grill will be talking on digital disruption and is a firm believer that in order to “get digital you need to be digital”. 

    Based in London, Andrew Grill is an internationally renowned thought leader in the fields of social business, digital transformation and social media networks.Currently, Andrew is Global Managing Partner, with IBM Social Consulting. Andrew and his team are responsible for developing and delivering a truly consultative approach across the whole of IBM, bringing together the best of IBM’s Smarter Workforce and Social offerings, with world-class consulting services.Recent wins Andrew has been responsible for include a social and digital branding strategy for one of the world’s largest fashion companies with a multi-year engagement.

    Previously, Andrew was CEO of leading social influence platform Kred, and presents at international conferences on a regular basis, while maintaining a well-read blog at LondonCalling.co about digital transformation and social business trends.


    David Boot
    Head of Business Development

    David Boot is head of business development for Linedata Derivation. Mr Boot joined Linedata with its acquisition of Derivation software in April 2016. His expertise is in front to middle office technology for portfolio and risk management.

    He originally worked in product development, specifically quantitative development, building out the models used with the system. He currently spends a lot of time on site with asset managers globally understanding their requirements and aspirations, and seeing these translated into enhancements of Linedata’s solutions.


    Karen Hui
    Head of Implementation and Consulting Services, Asia Pacific

    Karen Hui currently serves as the Head of Implementation and Consulting Services, Asia Pacific at Linedata. Since joining Linedata in 2005, she has worked in support, implementation and pre-sales for the Linedata Global Hedge PMS / OMS / Compliance product suite. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and has held the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation since 2009.


    Mohandas Madhavan
    Director, Middle Office Operations 

    Mohandas Madhavan is a Director of Gravitas primarily focused on Middle Office Solutions for Gravitas Fund Services.  Mohan has spent the past 26 years within capital markets with 11 years of focus in alternative investment industry working with fund administration and middle office operations.  

    Prior to Gravitas, Mohan served as a Director at SS&C GlobeOp. During his eight years with GlobeOp, he lead various business lines including investor services, bank loan operation, middle office operation for Asian, European and North American clients.  Prior to GlobeOp, Mohan worked for custody department of HDFC Bank LTD and 3 share broking firms in India.   Mohan holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce & master’s degree in financial services management both from Mumbai University.


    Elliott Shadforth
    Partner, Wealth & Asset Management

    Elliott is a Partner with EY based in Hong Kong and has been with EY for over 20 years focusing on providing services to the Wealth and Asset Management industry. Elliott has previous worked for EY in Australia and the United States. Elliott is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA) and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He is also Registered Company Auditor with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

    Elliott is a Member of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) Hong Kong Education Committee having previously served on the Regulatory & Compliance Committee. Elliott brings a high level of experience and industry knowledge from serving major financial institutions and investment funds in audit, internal control reviews, transaction support and advisory roles. He has also performed reviews over the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control frameworks (ISAE3000, ISAE3402 and SSAE16), including reviews of compliance with the HK SFC’s and MPFA requirements. 

    Elliott has experience across a broad spectrum of asset classes including private equity, real estate and infrastructure. Elliott currently works with both listed and unlisted entities including a number of boutique investment managers and their funds.


    Alvin Fan
    OP Investment Management

    Alvin Fan is the Director and Chief Executive Officer of OP Investment Management, responsible for the company’s overall strategy. He has over 15 years’ experience in finance and strategy - spanning across managerial, private equity, and fund of funds. Alvin was previously Director of Incubated Funds and Head of Investor Relations at OP Financial Investments Ltd, a Hong Kong listed Investment Company, where he was responsible for monitoring the company’s portfolio of public equity investments. Prior to joining OP, Alvin was previously working in private equity focused on distressed assets and property. Alvin received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) in 2006.


    Annie Lai
    Ward Ferry

    Annie Lai, Partner & Chief Operating Officer, joined Ward Ferry Management in 2004. Annie began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 20 years of experience in fund management, legal and compliance, and finance and audit. Ward Ferry has an AUM of around US$1.5 billion, specializes in Asia Pac equities, has been around for over 16 years.
